March see's the Phase 1 works nearing completion with the external works complete with the exception of a new tarmac topping to provide access. The hoarding will be altered at the start of April to allow access to what Ledbury residents may remember as the old entrance to the Doctors surgery. The lift installation will commence in the next couple of weeks. The internal fit out elements will progress over the month ready to handover to HCC mid-April.
