Hello and welcome to the BlogSpot for the restoration of the Ledbury Master’s House. The aim of this blog is to keep those interested in the project up-to-date with the current progress on-site. We invite you to contribute and share with us your thoughts about the project progress. The blog also aims to provide you with more detail about the project and introduce you to those involved with the design & construction work for the project.
Very interesting, thank you. For the record, the 4 photos (on the first progress update, project description) have been taken (with my permission) from the photo-book about the Master's House that I compiled for the Ledbury and District Civic Society website. The small photo on the far right showing the panelling was taken by me. Whether the photo on left hand side showing the roof/eaves is of the Master's House I'm unsure: it could be of St Katherine's Chapel. Michael Lever
Hi Michael - Thank you. When we did the first update all the photos came off the website. We will take our own from now on. As the photo on the LH side yes that is St. Katherines Chapel. It is to give an illustration of what the anticipated roof structure will look like from below once the Phase 2 works are completed. Kind Regards, Matthew
I just stumbled upon your blog, and I was just amazed with the effort made in renovating this historical landmark. I just love seeing these buildings rejuvenated and standing amidst the modern era. Keep up the good work, guys! The Ledbury Master's House really rocks!
Very interesting, thank you.
